Spondylitis

Problems in skeletal and muscular system arise due to want of proper activity and also due to wrong posture while walking, sitting and sleeping. Spondylitis when comes up, it initially affects our neck movement and thereon travels to affect our shoulder and arm movement as well. It can be cured only by correcting our posture and by doing exercises. The exercises are:

· Sit on a chair, look straight ahead, get ready to do slow gentle exercises

· Neck straight, then forward, straight, backward and straight [10 times]

· Neck straight, touching left shoulder, straight, right shoulder, straight [10]

· Neck straight, sidewards right, straight, left, straight [10]

· Neck straight, pull backward, normal, forward, normal [10]

· Rotate the neck clockwise and anti clock wise [3 times]

· Do the above exercises very slowly and very gently with no violence

· In days when pain exists, you can repeat this five to six times a day
