People who lead a rich life style are more prone to have tooth problems because
· They are the people who eat more of cakes, chocolates and refined sugar.
· They have the habit of consuming snacks between meals.
· They are the people who take more of coffee, tea, etc.
Good Habits
· Rinse your mouth after every meal and clean your teeth of the food particles.
· Our teeth get stained by coffee, tea, tobacco and such other avoidable substances.
· Apple and guava are cleansing agents and they too clean your teeth.
· Avoid the sweets. If you can’t avoid them, take them along with your meals and not in between. Why you are asked not to take sweets between meals is that you may not rinse your mouth after taking a mere sweet.
· Brush your teeth twice a day. Especially it is important to brush your teeth before going to sleep at night. During sleep, your saliva outflow gets reduced and it means there is no chemical inflow into your mouth during sleep. That is the reason why, those who have no night-cleaning habits would find their mouth unpleasant when they get up in the morning. So brushing before teeth is important.
· Don’t be hasty while brushing your teeth but take time to softly and gently brush. Always use a soft brush
· Avoid going after whitening solutions which are concentrations of hydrogen peroxide as they cause irreversible cell damage and enhance carcinogens. Teeth whitening agents as above cause damage to exterior enamel, kill gum tissues and cause damage to teeth.
· Occasionally, add a little table salt to your tooth paste and then brush. It is has good whitening effect and also kills bacteria better.
· Once in a week, put your tooth brush in warm water added with salt to have a cleaned brush.

Tooth ache

Yelow tooth
1 Burn the shells of almond and powder; use it as tooth powder
2 Finely powder the rind of lime
Mix salt; Use it as tooth powder frequently
3 Burn some betal nuts till charred. Powder and bottle. Rub on the affected teeth frequently with this powder every day
4 Squeeze out lemon juice in a cup and rub it on your teeth with a dental brush
Gum
1 For bleeding gum, mix equal quantities of salt and pepper powder and massage over gums
2 For inflammation in the gum, take some manathakkali leaves, clean them, and chew frequently
3 Add the milk of Banyan tree with honey and apply on the gums. Leave it for 10 minutes and garle. Also useful for loosening teeth
Tooth ache
1 Burn the shells of almonds and powder. Use it as tooth powder
2 Heat ½ tsp of asafoetida in 2 tsp lime juice
soak a piece of cotton in this solution and place it on the tooth cavity
2 Buy clove oil, Apply on the affected part with Jhonson & Jhonson
cotton buds
1 Heat 1 tsp coconut oil and fry 3 pieces of clove
Apply powder of fried cloves on the affected part
2 Make a paste of ginger along with little salt; apply
3 Apply nutmerg oil on the affected parts
4 A mixture of clove oil and powdered pepper can also be applied on affected parts
5 Make paste of tulsi leaves, warm it a little and apply to the aching tooth
6 Boil Amrood leaves in water. Use the water for mouth wash / gargling
7 Powder alam and put it in hot water and use that water to gargle
8 Take tamarind and salt of equal measure, mix them both well and keep at the pain spot. The saliva can be either spit out or swallowed.
